Professional Summary

My experience in information technology comes from over nine years in a variety of roles. I started working with a regional Internet service provider in support and engineering functions before moving into systems and operations management with a nationwide webhosting and network access provider. I spent time as lead systems manager before stepping into a leadership role as the number two man in what became an international provider of Internet services.

I am currently under contract with NIH performing systems deployment and management for the computational bioscience software development arm of CIT, the IT institute dedicated to NIH. My work involves web services application servers as well as high-performance clusters dedicated to bioinformatics applications.
